Introduction

These terms govern your use of the CEVIOR store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Orders and contract

• Items shown on the website are in stock at our Swedish warehouse and we do not run pre orders.
• Your order is an offer to buy, a contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation email.
• If we are unable to accept your order we will cancel and refund you.
• Order edits or cancellations are possible only before dispatch, contact support as soon as possible.

Pricing and taxes

• Prices are shown in your selected currency when available, within the EU prices include VAT.
• For deliveries outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply at delivery, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We try to ensure prices are accurate, if a clear pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment

• We offer most major payment methods, available options can vary by country and checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, your card is charged when you place the order.

Shipping and delivery

• We dispatch within 24 hours from Sweden with PostNord.
• Dispatch evenings are Sunday to Thursday with a cut off at 20:00 CET, we do not dispatch on Friday evening or Saturday evening.
• Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days in Sweden, 2 to 5 business days in the European Union, 4 to 8 business days to the rest of the world.
• Delivery times are estimates, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Returns and refunds

• You can return items within 14 days in original condition with tags attached.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in a campaign.
• We do not offer direct exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after inspection at our warehouse.

Discounts and promotions

• Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
• Some promotions exclude sale items, full terms are shown in the offer details.

Risk and title

• Ownership of products passes to you when we receive full payment.
• Risk passes on delivery to your address or on collection from a pickup point.
• Report transport damage within five days so we can assist you.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Liability and law

• We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
• These terms are governed by Swedish law, if you live in the EU mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply, disputes may be brought before Swedish courts or the competent court in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, material changes will be posted here with a new last updated date, the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
