RETURNS & REFUNDS

At CEVIOR, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be shipped back within this period.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the transaction to appear in your bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Products marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CEVIOR cannot be held responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cevior.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
