At Cevior, your satisfaction lies at the heart of what we do, and should an item not meet your expectations, our return process has been carefully crafted to be effortless, transparent and refined.

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, and returns must be shipped back within this period to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale, with all original tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and assessed by our team. The process typically takes 3–5 business days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Processing Time

After inspection, your refund will be finalised within 3 business days, and depending on your bank, funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@cevior.com and include photos of the issue along with your order number, our quality team will review your case with care and provide a swift solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items marked as non-refundable
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Worn or damaged items not reported beforehand

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable, and we recommend keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
