We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount depending on your region. No code is necessary, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.

Taxes & duties: Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) include all applicable taxes and duties. No extra charges upon delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees according to your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

A remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations in some countries. This fee will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the surcharge will still apply for remote areas.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once the order has been placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 20:00 CET on the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
